Direct subscription with fund manager (GRIT)
Minimum investment: 5 million SEK
Subscription instructions
Fund units can be subscribed for as specified in the fund documentation.
For investments above 5 million SEK, investors may choose the A share class which has a different fee structure and ISIN:
- ISIN: FI4000429170
- Management fee: 0.60% p.a.
- Performance fee: 25%*
Subscription is made by submitting a completed subscription form along with attachments to GRIT Fund Management Ltd and by paying the full subscription amount to the fund's bank account.
Non-professional investors in Sweden are advised to contact their bank.
The subscription price is determined based on the value on the subscription day.
